Funding clinical trials

Unlike bigger charities, your donations go directly to the source of breast cancer clinical trials – trials that are making a real difference. The Maria Falco Trust supports a team of nurses who run the trials at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping. Without them, we may not have discovered Herceptin, which is now one of the most widely used drugs for treating breast cancer.
